A Community of Scholars
Brandeis University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) is one of four graduate schools on campus and is situated within an exciting, multifaceted research university for scholarship, teaching and learning, just outside the educational hub of Boston.
Our 18 doctoral programs and more than 40 master’s and post-baccalaureate programs invite interaction among disciplines, thus allowing our students to cross traditional boundaries to develop innovative methodologies, explore new theories and produce path-breaking scholarship.
You will work (actually work) with world-class faculty.
Nobody here is looking for easy answers.
Along with your peers, the global network of GSAS alumni will be invaluable as you figure out what’s next.
Our aversion to silos is what makes us different from other institutions.
Brandeis has more than 900 master’s, Ph.D. and post-baccalaureate students in over 40 programs, with more than 6,500 alumni worldwide.
