Christian Colleges in Maine
Even as a state with a relatively small population, Maine is home to a significant Christian population. The largest membership of Christians in the state were Mainline Protestants in 2010, according to the Association of Religion Data Archives (ARDA). In this group, denominations with the largest increase in adherents from 2000-2010 were Latter-Day Saints, Pentecostal, Adventist, and Baptist.

Working in Maine
Forestry and agriculture may seem like dominant industries in the state of Maine, however non-farm industries have provided the most jobs in recent years. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports education and health services, and trade, transportation, and utilities, were top industries in Maine as of February 2013.
In these industries, the largest number of Maine residents worked in management, business, science, and arts occupations, followed closely by sales and office, and service jobs, according to the U.S. Census report. In all metropolitan areas of the state, non-farm employment provides jobs to well-over 50% of the labor force.
